hard to get invited to any raids

i do Daily Hc and some pvp

I am not warrior expert but some of basic things are visible at first glance:
-gear could be nice in Ulduar (or early ToTC) times
-you're DPS warrior and using tanking ring with stamina gem
-some enchants and gear are for PvP
-bracers/back don't have any
-chest/both weapons/boots/gloves are not "maximally" enchanted at all
-no bonus socket in belt
-to various gemming (attack power/armor pen)
-not all gems are epic (legs)
-mining...
-your progress (nothing in ToTC and ICC)
-should i continue?...

It is hardly to trust you after seeing your warrior...
