Im a 17 year old boy. I live in the North-West of Holland, In a small city called Hoorn.
Im atm in college to become an Insengeur, I have no idea how to write that in English. ^^
An Insengeur is someone that works in the Inport and Export of Flowers.
I work 4 days a week in a Greenhouse, and go to school the other 3 days.

I play since Januari 2007.

I will play aslong as my faith let's me play, I have nothing else to do after I made my money.

Im dont have much knowlegde about computers, but my fps and ms are good in boss fights.


-Do you have a mic?
Yes, I do.


-Do you have any objection about talking on vent when needed?
No, ofcourse not.


-Do you have any disconnection problems at all?
No, I raid lagless and never dc.


-Average latency while raiding?
Around 50.


-Average FPS in raid during a boss?
30 till 70.

-I am not a clicker, I do 1-0 with my hands and have macro's for my buffs like HoS.

-Yes, I am exalted with The Sons of Hodir, although im an inscripter at the moment.

-I have raiding experience since june 2007.
In TBC I was a Holy Paladin as main, a Prot Warrior is alt and a Hunter as second alt.
I sold my account 2 month's before WotLK since my friends were quitting. But I came back 1 month after WotLK came out, as I missed the people I played with.

In patch 3.0 I played a Death Knight in Golden Eye. We progressed in naxx 25 and had Kel'Thuzad killed ofcourse.

In patch 3.1 I played a Hunter. This time I was in Malediction at first, and later on in The Aunans. I made that change because of a friend in The Aunans, and since Malediction had a bad reputation with ninja'ing gear.

In patch 3.2 I mained my Holy Paladin again. I was in Motion in this patch and left later cause I didnt got along with one of the officers. We didnt get along cause he was raiding because he wanted to have the best gear there was and I just wanted to have some progression with nice people. And I didnt like his screaming on Ventrilo.

In Patch 3.3, as we are in now, I was in The Aunans again on Darksorrow. My main atm is my Holy Paladin, but because of The Aunans raids, my Mage and Hunter are the best geared of my Characters.
I had the same Issue in The Aunans, as I had in Motion. We had a RL that was yelling at people. And im not a person that obbey's people when I get yelled at. You can talk on a normal way to people, they will perform alot better that way.
At the moment I am in a casual guild. They dont call themselves Casual, but since we dont have any members anymore, you cant really call it a raiding guild.

-Yes, ofcourse. Everyone has to give his everything in the raid to get the maximum of ourselves.


-I will read up the tactics before a new boss, yes. I dont wanna be the losing factor.


-If this is asked to everyone that comes that raid day, and everyone is available. Then I have no problems with that.

-My Duel Specc at the moment is another Holy Specc, it's a FoL build I never use.
I havent taken the time to get my Ret gear yet.


-Since it's a healing specc too, ofcourse. But I have experience with Ret and Prot aswell and can play them good aswell.


-Yes sure, it's just another healing specc and I have no problems to change my second specc to help the guild out.

-The reason im leaving is because I am looking for a guild that really needs people to have progression with, instead of just afk abit in Dalaran waiting for that mirracle to come so you can finally raid.


-In the time I am not raiding, im mostly grinding some Dungeons or Battlegrounds. Or level my alt abit.
I spend time too in raiding with my mage in pugs.


-I take Criticism, even if it's harsh. But only if people bring it a normal way. Instead of screaming at people, have a nice talk about improvements.

Hmm apply looks nice overall just abit concerned about the part u cant take people yelling at u since i the heat of the moment it is easily done if u make a foolish mistake and wipe a raid.
Btw what was the name of your main in Aunans on darksorrow ?

I aint in The Aunans anymore, but I was in there with Sunblazer as my main.

And if someone fails in the heat of the moment, he/she should have to time to explain what he did wrong right? Instead of 24 people jumping to conclusions and yelling at someone.
If it's obvious what he did wrong, than you can still talk to the person instead of being angry at him.
I like hardcore progress alot, but being friendly to your guildmates makes it alot more fun.

I think you mean in the Ulduar patch, where I actually raided. ^^

I was in it with my mage, Hooijboer. (On Darksorrow too atm)
